Lexcel practice management standard
On the 16th July 2010 the Law Society awarded us with the "Lexcel Practice Management Standard" quality mark and we have recently passed our annual assessment with flying colours. The quality mark is awarded to firms who meet the strict management and customer care standards of the Law Society. There are approximately 740 firms within England and Wales that have been awarded the quality mark and only 1 of them in Alnwick.
As part of the process, firms undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.

According to the Law Society, choosing an accredited practise guarantees clients a timely response to all client communications, regular and accurate cost estimates and information on how charges will be calculated.
